Duration 6 weeks

Breathing Course includes 
  • 4 sessions @ 90 minutes 
  • 1 follow up session @ 90 minutes
  • Course manual 
Bonus 
  • 1 private follow up consultation (30 minutes) to review your progress at the end of the course
  • The Buteyko practitioner will be available via phone and email to support you during the programme for 6 weeks.

Breathing Course Premium (PRE) runs over 6 weeks which provides you with an additional 4 weeks of support compared to Course STA. Your Buteyko practitioner will be available to you during this time. We encourage our clients to get in contact with us if they have questions regarding their training, exercises or progress and there are no extra charges for you if you do during the course. We included a private session at the end of your 6 week course. During your appointment we will evaluate your breathing records and progress with you.

We keep our group classes small: 2 -4 people
