Naturopaths at Shore Natura Health are degree-qualified natural medicine practitioners registered with the New Zealand Society of Naturopaths (NZSN). While NZSN is a self-regulatory professional body that ensures the qualification and professional development of its members, it is also recognised by Southern Cross Health Insurance and you may be able to claim our naturopathy consultancy fees under your health insurance policy. Our naturopathic practitioners can provide both individual and family health care

Our naturopaths will work with you to set up a personalised health management strategy specific to your needs. In support of devising the most effective strategy we may recommend specialised tests, such as in-clinic Hemaview live blood analysis or bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA).  Other tests we may employ include hair mineral analysis, hormone tests and urine tests, or we may refer you for standard laboratory blood testing.

Once your personal health management strategy has been established your naturopath will provide advice and natural medicine options to help implementing the strategy and guiding you on your way to better health. Most commonly, these options include dietary/lifestyle advice, specialised nutrition, nutraceuticals, vitamins, minerals, herbal medicine or any combination of these. ​
