Your Naturopathic Consultation
Depending on your specific condition your first appointment will typically take a minimum of one hour. This time is required to take your health history, to find out about your current symptoms, your diet, stress levels and lifestyle factors, as well as understanding your health goals and performing an appropriate examination. To fully understand your health status our naturopath may also use diagnostic tests.
Follow-up consultations will typically take 30 minutes and involve monitoring and discussing of progress as well as the implementation or adjustment of your personalised health management plan.
Besides taking the time to aim at identifying and assessing the root cause of your condition our naturopath will explain about improving your health from a natural medicine perspective. While we speak and understand the language of conventional medicine, we will communicate with you in terms that are easy to understand.
We welcome working together with your medical doctor to help you achieving the best outcome for your health. Subject to your consent we will contact your doctor regarding the assessment of your health status and/or working alongside your current medical treatment as required.
